Tiffany Stratton Balances Bodybuilding and WWE Tour Preparations

Tiffany Stratton Balances Bodybuilding and WWE Tour Preparations

Tiffany Stratton, a WWE Superstar, has announced her return to competitive bodybuilding, but she remains focused on her aspirations for the women's world championship. To successfully juggle both pursuits, Stratton has developed effective strategies for finding the right gyms and maintaining a healthy diet while traveling. She looks forward to enjoying a well-deserved cheat meal at WWE's Clash in Italy event this May.

In recent years, healthier options for touring athletes have become more accessible. Gone are the days when fast food and late-night convenience store snacks were the only choices available. Wrestlers like Chelsea Green have noted the rise of convenient and nutritious foods, such as pre-boiled eggs and salads, available in supermarkets and airports. However, with her busy schedule, Stratton has her own methods for managing her food intake on the go. "WWE provides catering at TV tapings, featuring a chicken and rice section with salt and pepper chicken, plain rice, and a variety of vegetables and salads," she explains. When not at the arena, she utilizes technology to streamline her nutrition. "I use Instacart to order rice cakes, yogurt, protein powder, hard-boiled eggs, and more. This way, I can have my macros delivered right to my hotel room, eliminating the guesswork of dining out."

Stratton also has a unique approach to finding gyms while traveling. "I go on TikTok and search for gyms in whatever town I'm in. There are many fitness influencers who review gyms, or I’ll use maps on my phone to find nearby options. I prefer an old-school vibe, like a traditional bodybuilder's gym with a grungy feel," she shares. This careful control over her training and nutrition is vital as she prepares for her return to the bodybuilding stage.

Having previously competed under her real name, Jessica Woynilko, Stratton won her first contest at the NPC Twin Cities Open in 2021 before signing with WWE later that year. As a now-established pro wrestler and former WWE Champion, she has announced her intention to compete again around WrestleMania season in April. Excitement builds as she anticipates the Clash in Italy, where she hopes to indulge in authentic Italian pizza. "I feel like I would love to have pizza in Italy. It’s something I’d like to check off my bucket list," she beams.

Stratton's Ambitions for Upcoming Matches

Stratton's competitive spirit extends beyond bodybuilding. She also has her sights set on potential matchups during her time in Turin. "If Jade Cargill is still the champion after WrestleMania, I’d love to face her because she was the one who injured me a couple of months ago and took the title off me. If it’s Rhea Ripley, I would love to face her too. I think that would be such an iconic matchup. She’s one of the best right now, and it would be a dream match for me to fulfill in Italy."

Get Buff

As Tiffany Stratton balances her dual ambitions in bodybuilding and wrestling, her meticulous planning and dedication are evident. The strategies she employs for training and nutrition while on the road showcase her commitment to excellence in both arenas. With her return to the competitive stage on the horizon, fans eagerly await her performance and the potential matchups that could unfold in Italy.

As Stratton prepares for her upcoming competition, her journey serves as an inspiration for aspiring bodybuilders and athletes alike. By sharing her experiences and insights, she highlights the importance of dedication, adaptability, and strategic planning in achieving success in both bodybuilding and professional wrestling.
